Business Development Manager (BDM) – Digital Agency

Global Byte Solution is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, and more. We help brands grow through innovative digital strategies and data-driven solutions.  

Role: Business Development Manager.

Location: Remote/Office Location- shahrah-e-faisal /  Hybrid as well

Type: Full-time  

What You’ll Do:  

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the digital space.  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.  
• Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.  
• Create and present proposals, sales decks, and marketing materials.  
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.  
• Meet and exceed a monthly *£4,000 sales target*.  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with service offerings.  
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.  

What We’re Looking For:  

• 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in a digital agency or marketing industry).  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  
• Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web design, etc.).  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.  
• Ability to develop creative strategies to attract new clients.  
• Experience with CRM tools and lead management is a plus.
