Job Title: Customer Service Representatives

 We're Hiring: Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Location: Lahore


Time: Full-Time 


Industry: BPO

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex cases to TLs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Follow call handling scripts and adhere to call quality standards.
  • Provide product or service information to customers as per company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and TLs to improve processes and resolve operational issues. 
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Adhere to shift schedules and maintain attendance compliance.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a BPO or similar environment (preferred but not mandatory).
