About the Company:

SYNC BPO specializes in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), helping healthcare organizations to  optimize revenue in an efficient way by credentialing, collections, patient scheduling, and technology-driven solutions. 

Responsibilities:

•  Manage patient appointments and scheduling conflicts
•  Proficiency in Mod Med EMR will be a plus 
•  Modernizing Medicines
•  Coordinate with healthcare providers 
•  Efficient patient flow
•  Communicate with patients to confirm
•  Maintain accurate patient records in EHR & scheduling systems
•  Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

•  Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•  Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
•  Familiarity with medical terminology & scheduling software
•  Prior healthcare experience preferred
•  High school diploma 
•  Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree is a plus
